Walk Wales with James Hook
Walk Wales is back by popular demand but this year with a twist!
Walk Wales is back but for the first time ever, we are hosting our very own mass-participation walk where you can join us and Welsh Rugby Legend, James Hook, for a 10 mile trek along the Gower coastline. This is running alongside our much-loved virtual challenge, which this year we’re asking you to walk, run or jog 60 miles during the month of June.
James will not only be taking on the in-person event but will also be challenging himself to the 60 miles during the month – sharing updates with those who are also taking part along the way. So, whichever you choose, the virtual event, in person or both, you will be taking on Walk Wales with James Hook raising vital funds for a lifesaving service.
Whether you choose to take part in the virtual event, join us in person or challenge yourself to both, you will be saving lives, every step of the way!

Join James and walk, jog or run 60 miles during the month of June.
This event is open people of all ages and the beauty of the virtual challenge allows ‘walkers’ the chance to either get out and about and explore Wales or to get their steps in at home, doing gardening, taking the dog for a walk, or even walking up and down the stairs.
James will also be completing his 60 miles over the month of June, sharing updates and tips along the way.
It’s your walk, your way and every step makes a lifesaving difference!
Entry to the virtual challenge is free of charge but we encourage you to raise money for us – we’ll even give you some goodies for doing so.
Raise £50 and you will receive a Wales Air Ambulance t-shirt, raise £100 and receive a medal and for those who raise £150, you will be entered into a prize draw to win an airbase visit.
