A Glamorgan tractor run has raised vital donations for a welsh helicopter charity, to fund their lifesaving missions across Wales.
The Tractor Boys of Aberthin set off on their third tractor run in the Vale of Glamorgan, raising donations for Wales Air Ambulance.
The long-term WAA supporters travelled around the county, collecting sponsorships and support for the charity.
£1,500 was raised for Wales Air Ambulance through the tractor run, and the donation was presented to WAA Community Coordinator, Catrin Hall.
Catrin said: “We would like to huge thank you to the Tractor Boys of Aberthin for their continued support which is crucial in running our operations.
“They have provided us with many years of support, and have raised a total of £3,564 for Wales Air Ambulance.
“On average, we help the farming community of Wales18 times per month, equating to roughly 8% of our overall missions every year.
“Their support has funded over two lifesaving missions across the country, keeping our helicopters flying to help the people of Wales in their hour of need.”
